It is imperative that the picture(s) you submit are of good quality to design the perfect card. It is recommended that all submitted photos be at least 300 dpi or 1800x1200 pixels. If you are scanning your photos make sure that your scanner is completely free of debris and residue. When scanning photos make sure the scanner is set to at least 300 dpi/resolution. If I feel as though your image will not be acceptable for printing, I will contact you and we can discuss your alternatives. All emailed pictures/files should be .jpg images.
Please email your pictures after submitting your order form. Due to the high resolution of the images only send 1-2 pictures per email. Please indicate on the first email how many total pictures you will be sending. I also recommend that you include your last name somewhere in the subject line.
I accept up to 12 photos per card. The more pictures you send, the more design options I will have available. Please let me know if you are sending a certain photo that you absolutely want included on the card.
Please do not edit your pictures in any way, including cropping. I will do all post-processing (including: color-correction, cropping, sharpening, red-eye reduction and changes of color to black/white, chocolate or sepia). Please let me know (under the 'additional information' section of the order form) if you request that touch-ups be made to any of your photos due to blemishes, scratches, etc.
If you send me a picture that appears to be professional, please know that you will be contacted to get a signed copyright release form from your photographer.
